Job Descriptions
- Provide administrative support to lawyers and paralegals.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
- Assist with filing, data entry, and document management to maintain accurate records.
- Handle incoming calls, greet visitors, and direct inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
- Coordinate internal events, meetings, and logistics to foster a productive work environment.
